Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn has been an actress for over 20 years. Her most well-known character was in the role of Skyler on the AMC drama Breaking Bad. She won Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding supporting Performance on a a Drama Series for 2013 and 2014. She was Jean Ward and Martha Bullock as well in The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in the year 1968. She fell in love acting in the Preparatory school, prior to moving to Ohio with her family in late 1970s. She was a theatre student at Northwestern University and spent a semester in the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her journey in Chicago, working in theatre parts for a number of years. After that, she relocated to Hollywood and began acting in movies and television shows. Anna was selected to portray Arden on Down the Shore in the 29-episode series Down the Shore. Anna continued to appear in movies and TV series such as Seinfeld, NYPD Blue and others up to the late the 1990's. Anna was later placed in The Practice as Jean Ward. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood during two complete seasons. Skyler played Martha Bullock on screen in Breaking Bad (2008). Sully was one of her roles. Gunn was on stage to star in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. Gunn also played a part in Numbered Day, an audio-based podcast that consists of four audio-based plays. Breaking Bad often revolves around Walter White and Skyler's relationship. The strains and eventual end reflect the final seasons in the story of Walter White.
